摘要
运用群落生态学原理和方法,研究了转双抗虫基因741杨不同栽培模式对节肢动物群落的结构和组成影响。结果表明:不同抗虫株系树种混交程度越高,节肢动物物种越丰富,多样性程度越高,其对于环境的变化或来自群落内部种群波动的缓冲能力越强。高抗虫、中等抗虫株系与对照带状混交Ⅲ栽培模式,节肢动物群落的生态效应及稳定性较好。
The impact of transgenic insect- resistance hybrid poplar 741 on arthropod community structure was studied based on the theories and methods of community ecology. The results showd that the more complicated the hybrid poplar 741 trees are planted, the the richer the species, more complicated structure and higher diversity index there are. It also had a stronger resistance ability to the influence both from environment changes and the community internal stir. There was preferable ecological effect and stability in the third planting model (striped mixed with high insect resistant and middle insect resistant transgenic hybrid poplar 741 clone and control).
