摘要
在内循环浮选柱中,采用泡沫浮选萃取法对模拟废水中的铜锌离子进行了分离回收实验,研究了废水pH值、浮选时间、气速、环烷酸浓度等对分离效果的影响.结果表明,利用皂化环烷酸作为浮选萃取剂,两段浮选萃取,第一阶段在pH=2.7时优先浮选萃取铜,回收率达95%,而锌的回收率约为10%;然后在第二阶段升高残液pH值至7.9浮选萃取锌,可完全除去锌离子,残留废水达到排放标准.确定了泡沫浮选萃取分离回收铜锌的工艺路线,并制得工业纯硫酸铜和硫酸锌产物.
Separation and removal of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ from wastewater by flota-extraction is studied in an internal-loop flotation column. Influences of pH values, flotation time, gas velocity, concentration of naphthenic acids on the removal efficiency are discussed. The results show that selective separation and removal of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ with two stage flota-extraction at different pH values using the saponified naphthenic acids as flotation promoter and extractant can be achieved. In the first stage, flota-extraction should be done at a low pH value (pH = 2.7), in which Cu^2+ can be separated first, with removal efficiency of 95 % for Cu^2+ , but only about 10% for Zn^2+ . In the next stage, by raising pH values to 7.9, which is the best flota-extraction condition for Zn^2+ , Zn^2+ can completely be removed, and ultimately wastewater purified. The recovery process of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ from wastewater has been developed using a method of flota-extraction. In the mean time, industrial grade products of CuSO4 .5H2O and ZnSO4.7H2O can be made.
