摘要
本文从哲学的视角,论述了馆长与副手和谐相处的几个关键性问题。对构建图书馆和谐人文环境进行了有益的探索。
From philosophy aspect , this paper discusses several key questions on harmoniously living between the library director and the assistant. And on the basic of this , the paper makes a meaningful exploration on the construction of harmonious human atmosphere.
