摘要
德国和澳大利亚把职业教育提升到终身教育的高度,并作为经济发展的“武器”。这对我国高等职业教育建设的启示是:建立文凭学位前后衔接体系,使职教与普通教育、高等教育相沟通;建立科学高效的课程设置与教学体系,走产学研结合路,解决实训基地、产业界、学校合作办学的互动问题;建立高素质并独具特色的教师队伍,从企业中聘请专家担任兼职教授。
Vocational education in Germany and Australia is accepted as a lifelong education and serves as "a weapon" for economic development. The inspirations drawn from it include: to build a system under which vocational education can connect with the general education and higher education; to establish a high-efficient and scientific curriculum and teaching system and combine producing, learning and research so as to motivate the interaction among internship bases, enterprises and schools; and to build a high-quality and distinctive contingent of teaching staff, such as employing experts in enterprises as part-time professors.
