摘要
结合广东省东莞市虎门镇柏景豪庭燃气工程施工过程中项目经理部的管理经验。探讨燃气工程施工行业推行项目管理方法的必要性，对目前燃气工程的施工管理亦具有一定的借鉴意义。
Integrates with management experience of the item manager department inside process of the gas engineering construction at Bojinghaoting, Humen town, Dongguan city, Guangdong province, study the necessity of pushing item management method at the industry of gas engineerings construction, have definite purport offering use for reference as well for the constructive management of gas engineerings forward.
