摘要
目的:探讨妇幼保健工作网格化管理工作模式。方法:将辖区内全户籍人口的基础信息、妇女儿童相关信息、预防保健和儿童缺陷发现等指标按照网格形成前后的数据比较,分析原因,找出问题关键再提出对策。结果:网格化管理提高了信息收集的准确性和及时性,提高了非常住户籍人口中妇女儿童保健管理水平,使区域的所有妇女儿童能够享受到平等的保健服务水平。结论:妇幼保健工作网格化管理是1种全新的模式。着力解决暂住户口、流动人口等非常住户籍妇女儿童保健工作中的难点问题,成立社区妇幼信息网络队伍,建立社区妇幼保健对象早发现机制,使非常住户籍人口的孕产妇系统管理、儿童系统管理和计划免疫“四苗”接种等指标达到或基本达到常住户籍人口妇幼保健水平,真正实现全户籍人口妇幼保健服务全覆盖。
Objective： To discuss network administration mode of Maternal and Children Health care in Luwan region. Methods： To compare the difficult point on basic information, women and children relational information , prevention health and children default in the Luwan reginn before and after the network formation , analyze the reason, find out the key question and bring forward the countermeasure. Results： The network administration height the recurrence and timely of information collection, height the administration level of MCH, and make the women and children can enjoy the egality health care. Conclusion： The network administration of MCH is a newly model. To make system administration and control immunity ＂four vaccines＂ injection etc. index of stay pregnant and lying women and children achieve or achieve basic the permanent population level and realize whole record population enjoy the MCH service, the difficult problem of unpermanent record of stay residence and moving population etc. should be resolved, intbrmation network troop should be established, early founding program should be set up.
