摘要
应用气相色谱测定异丙草胺·莠去津悬乳剂的有效成分,使用5％SE-30填充柱和氢焰离子化检测器。用二甲基甲酰胺溶解,以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,对异丙草胺和莠去津进行气相色谱分离和测定的定量分析方法。结果表明:此分析方法异丙草胺和莠去津的标准偏差分别为0．33、0．32;变异系数分别为1．4％、2．0％;平均回收率分别为 99．98％、100．08％;线性相关系数分别为0．999 0、0．999 1。
The quantitative analytical method of propisochlor-atrazine 40% SE by GC with 5% SE-30 packed column and FID detector, Using diamyl phthalate as internal standard was introduced in this paper. The coefficients of variation were 1.4% and 2.0%, the standard deviations were 0.33and 0.32, the recoveries were 99.98% and 100.08%, the linear correlations were 0.999 0 and 0.999 1 for propisochlor and atrazine respectively.
