焦炉工GSTM1基因多态性与血清丙二醛关系的研究

摘要 目的探究焦炉作业工人代谢酶基因多态性与血清MDA关系。方法选取109名焦炉作业工人作为研究对象,用PCR扩增技术将其按GSTM1基因型分为2组,分别测定其血清MDA值,使用SAS软件进行比较。结果比较GSTM1缺失基因型个体血清MDA水平与GSTM1正常基因型个体血清MDA水平,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论未发现GSTM1基因多态性影响血清MDA水平。
