摘要
详细分析了离合器结合、分离整个过程中流量、压力等参数的变化趋势.建立了较完善的离合器充、放油过程的动力学仿真模型,通过台架试验对仿真模型的正确性进行了验证.对卸压孔位置不同的两个仿真模型进行了分析比较.
The trend of the variety of several parameters, such as flow rate and oil pressure, during the whole process of clutch shift clutch is analgzed. The dynamic simulation modal in engagement and disengagement of shift clutch is established, and the verification of the accuracy of this dynamic simulation model is carried out. A comparison between two simulation models, witch have different position of depressurization hole, is also given.
