摘要
在注蒸汽热采过程中,井筒中压力的变化必然导致井筒温度和饱和蒸汽物性参数的变化。文章在考虑注汽井筒中压力变化的基础上,建立了井筒综合传热数学模型,对井筒传热过程进行了计算。计算结果表明,为了提高蒸汽干度利用率和减小井筒热损失,应提高注汽速率,减小井口蒸汽压力,加大井口蒸汽干度。这一成果对于指导油井现场注蒸汽热采,综合评价系统注汽效率具有一定的指导意义。
The variation of wellbore pressure can lead to the vary of temperature and saturated steam's parameter during thermal production by the stream injection. Considering the variation of wellbore pressure, a comprehensive mathematical model for wellbore heat transmission was established and calculated in this paper. The results show that increasing utilization factor of steam quality and decrease wellbore heat loss should increase steam injection velocity and the wellhead steam quality and decrease wellhead steam pressure. It is instructive for steam injection for crude oil thermal recovery and analysing steam injection efficiency.
