摘要
高校工会的职能之一是教育教职工不断提高思想道德、技术业务和科学文化素质,建设有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的教职工队伍。高校工会抓师德建设是义不容辞的责任,应充分发挥工会的优势,积极开展群众性的师德建设活动。
One of the trade unions＇ functions in colleges and universities is to educate the teaching and administrative staff to improve their ideological ethics, skill operation and scientific ＆ cultural qualities, build an ideal, ethical, cultural and disciplinal rank of the teaching and administrative staff. The work of ethical construction by the trade unions in colleges and universities is dutybound. They should give full play to their role, actively develop massive teaching ethical activities.
