摘要
为了满足高速织机发展的需要,本文采用DSP和伺服驱动机构研制了电子送经卷取系统,并介绍了系统的硬件结构和工作过程,给出了系统的控制算法和软件流程。本系统能够较好的解决织机停车痕的问题,使织物的纬密更加精确,提高了织物的质量。
In order to satisfy the development of looms, an Electronic Let off and Take up Control System based on DSP and servo driving mechanism have been designed. This paper mainly discusses the hardware structure and the working process of the system, and also the algorithm and the program flow diagram are given. The system can solve the stop mark perfectly, and makes the density of weft more exactly, so the quality of the loomage can be improved.
