摘要
以淬火态锰白铜合金为参考材料,研究对铸态锰白铜合金直接进行时效处理的可行性。制备成分为Cu20Ni20Mn的合金试样,选取不同的时效温度和时效时间,对铸态锰白铜合金直接进行时效处理,研究不同的时效工艺对锰白铜合金的强化效果。使用SEM、X—ray等观察试样的组织与结构,分析时效强化机理。试验结果表明:锰白铜合金在铸态下可以直接进行时效处理;在最佳时效工艺(时效温度400℃~470℃,时效时间为60~72h)条件下,硬度可达到HV400以上;并且发现MnNi相的析出是合金时效强化的主要原因。
The feasibility of age hardening for the cast Cu20Ni20Mn alloy was studied by using quenching Cu20Ni20Mn alloy as a reference material. The cast Cu20Ni20Mn alloy was manufactured, the age hardening for the cast Cu20Ni20Mn alloy was experimented with various aging temperature and aging time, the hardening effect of different casting technology on the Cu20Ni20Mn alloy was researched. The microstructure and composition of the samples were analyzed through SEM and X-ray, the age hardening mechanism was analyzed. The result shows that the cast Cu20Ni20Mn alloy can be strengthened through age hardening. When aged at 400℃ - 470 ℃ for 60-72 h, the hardness can reach HV400 and above. The reason for the age hardening of Cu20Ni20Mn alloy is the precipitation of MnNi. 1 tab, 9 figs, 6 refs.
