摘要
不同浓度的AF试剂在桃树上的应用研究表明,以100×10 ̄(-6)(100ppm)效果最佳。果实生长期处理3次,能获得增产、优质的效果。此与AF试剂能提高叶绿素含量、光合速率、促进希尔反应,抑制过氧化氢酶活性,增加单果重等多重效应密切相关。
Application of AF reagent at different concentrations to peach trees showed that(i)the best concentration of AF reagent for peach trees was l00 ppm;(ii)it sprayed 3 times topeach leaves at fruit expanding stage increased yield and improved quality of fruit;(iii)thisreagent could increase chlorophyll concentration,raise net photosynthetic rate,promote Hill reac-tion,inhibit activity of hydroxidase,add fresh weight of fruit and other physiological benefits.
