摘要
以丙烯酸和高碳醇为原料、固体酸为催化剂,采用熔融酯化法合成了不同碳链长度的丙烯酸高碳醇酯纯品。反应中不使用甲苯,并优化了精制过程,在优化的条件下酯化率大于95%;经折光率、熔点、红外、核磁表征证明所得产物为较纯的丙烯酸高碳醇酯,并考察了丙烯酸高碳醇聚合物的降凝助滤性能。
Higher alcohol acrylates were synthesized by direct melt esterification of acrylic acid with higher alcohols, catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid in the absence of poisonous methylbenzene, Under optimal conditions, the yield was up to 95%. The structure and properties of the acrylates were studied by the measurement of the melting points, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The results showed that products were pure. Furthermore, polymers were prepared from the higher alcohol acrylates and the pour point depression oerformance of the polymers was investigated.
