摘要
长期以来,人们对经济全球化存在的一个误解,认为,要素的自由流动会消除地点的重要性,全球生产网络将取代产业集群化优势。然而,产业集群化趋势越来越明显。产业集群的创新机制可以概括为“轮式”模型,经济全球化下促进产业集群增长方式转变的政策可以根据“轮式”模型的机制来设计。
Many people always misapprehend globalization, and think that free flow of production factors will eliminate the essentiality of district, and global productive network will replace industry clusters, nevertheless industry clustering increases gradually. The innovation mechanism of industry clusters can be described as Wheel Model. We can constitute policy system that promotes cluster development, based on the innovation mechanism of Wheel Model.
