摘要
基于前人圆柱体量水槽测流原理分析,得出了底部为圆弧两侧为斜坡的U形渠道圆柱体量水槽的流量理论计算公式,提出其流量校正系数可以由相对能量(上游水头与底部弧段弦长之比)的函数求得,并根据试验资料建立了相对能量和相对流量(实际流量与计算流量之比)的无因次关系式.并在试验水槽中进行了标定,试验表明:相对能量和相对流量具有非常好的相关关系,量水槽的测量相对误差为3.78%,最大淹没度为0.84,量水槽的断面收缩比建议采用为0.57~0.69.该种量水槽具有结构简单,施工制作容易,可以拆卸,不产生淤积,使用方便.
The principle of flow measuring flume using a cylinder standing at the center of the U-shape channel with inclined sidewalls is analyzed and the formula for calculating the flow discharge is proposed. The coefficient of discharge correction is determined by the relationship between the relative energy (ratio of upstream water head to the chordal length of arc-shape bottom) and relative discharge (ratio of real discharge to calculated discharge) and calibrated by experimental data. The maximum relative error of the calculated discharge by the proposed formula is less than 3.78%. This flume is easy to be used and convenient to the measurement of flow in irrigation channel.
