摘要
目的:为黄柏药材的鉴别及考察商品黄柏药材的质量和稳定性提供新的方法。方法:采用TLC法,建立黄柏药材薄层色谱指纹图谱,指纹图谱由335nm检测波长下的7个特征峰构成。结果:得到黄柏药材的薄层色谱指纹图谱。结论:所建立的方法具有简便、专属、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于黄柏药材的鉴别及质量的评价。
Objective:To establish TLC fingerprints of Cortex Phellodendri for assessing the quality consistency of commercial product, To establish a new method for identification of Cortex Phellodendri. Methods:A TLC fingerprints chromatograms established by TLC fingerprint of Cortex Phellodendri, which at 335nm consists of 7 specific peaks. Results: A TLC fingerprints chromatogram of Cortex Phellodendri are obtained. Conclusion: The method has been proved to be feasible for the identification of this crude drug.
