摘要
人口老龄化社会已经到来,老年人的各项权益频遭侵害,而老年人权益保障法仍停留在初级阶段,老年人权益保障制度还有待完善。本文以笔者参与调查的北京市老年人法律意识及权益维护现状调查问卷的数据资料为基础,在研究北京老年人权益保护现状过程中探索了老年人权益受侵害的原因及特点,提出了保障老年人权益的对策和建议,希望能对首都建设和谐社会有所裨益。
With population aging advent, senior citizen＇s rights and interests are frequently suffered infringements. But law of senior citizens＇ rights security is still settling primary phase and awaiting perfection. Based on dates of survey questionnaire about senior citizens law consciousness and self-protect actuality which the author participated in, the paper quest for reasons and characteristics about why senior citizens are liable to infringements, and bring forward countermeasures and advices of senior citizens rights and interests security in order to help capital society more harmonious.
