E-government and the Development of Coordinated Management Mode for Government

摘要电子政务的出现,冲击了层级节制的集权体系,调整了政府部门边界,增强了政府部门的协作,改变了政府管理主体的构成。电子政务催生了协同管理模式,其主要内容包括政府内部纵向分权协同管理、政府部门横向整合协同管理和政府与其他管理主体协同管理。
