脉动流化与振动输送条件下干燥工艺的试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental study on pulsed airflow drying technology in conveying with vibration

摘要 针对5HM-1型脉动流化干燥机存在的脉动效果不理想、物料输送不够流畅等问题,研制了脉动振动流化干燥机,重点解决了气流分配器的设计与布置、以及气流分配的均匀性问题,增设了振动输送装置和导料装置,解决了物料的输送与“反流”问题。利用该设备对玉米和啤酒糟这两种物料进行干燥时,加热温度分别以70~75℃和65~70℃为宜,最佳脉动频率分别为3.0Hz和2.0Hz左右,最佳床层倾角分别为2.5°~3.8°和3.5°~4.8°,最佳气流速度分别为0.8~1.Qm/s和0.9~1.1m/s,在设定的床层倾角和气流速度条件下,最佳振动频率均为32Hz左右。干燥上述两种物料时,其干燥强度分别为20.87kg(H2O)/m^2·h和21.76kg(H2O)/m^2·h,单位热耗分别为5.86MJ/kg(H2O)和4.91MJ/kg(H2O),单位能耗分别为7.38MJ/kg(H2O)和6.47MJ/kg(H2O)。 A pulsed fluidized bed dryer was designed based on the 5HM-1 model for improving the uniformity of airflow and the smoothness of material conveying. In this new dryer, an inner air distributor was designed and installed to win better pulsofluidizing effects, a guiding part with bigger diameter in sequence was introduced to obtain better uniformity of airflow, a vibrating conveyer was installed to convey material smoothly, and a material conducting unit was added to overcome the "reverse flow" . Corn and beer lees drying experiments were conducted on the dryer at air temperature ranging from 70℃ to 75℃ and 65℃ to 70℃, respectively. The best drying results for the two materials were obtained at the airflow pulsed frequencies of 3 Hz and 2 Hz, with the bed inclined angles from 2.5° to 3.8°and 3.8° to 4.8° at the airflow rates ranging from 0.8 m/s to 1.0 m/s and 0.9 m/s to 1.1 m/s, respectively. The optimal vibrating frequency for the two materials was 32 Hz under the selected bed inclined angles and airflow rates. For the two materials used in the experiments, the drying strengths were 20.87 kg(H2O)/(m^2 · h) and 21.76 kg(H2O)/(m^2 · h), the heat consumptions were 5.86 MJ/kg(H2O) and 4. 91 MJ/kg(H2O) and the energy consumptions were 7.38 MJ/kg(H2O) and 6.47 MJ/kg(H2O). respectively.
