摘要
报告了１９例下颌骨缺损用游离骨移植立即修复的情况。其中用带血管蒂髂骨瓣修复９例，游离骼骨修复５例，游离肋骨修复５例．结果１５例成功，４例失败。对不同修复方法进行了比较和选择。我们认为带血管蒂的骸骨瓣能达到安全可靠的获得良好功能的要求。
In this paper we present the experience in 19 cases of free bone grafting for the immediate repair of mandibular defects. There were 9 cases repaired by iliac flap with vascular pedicle,5 cases with free ilium.5 with rib.The operation was successful in 15 patients,but failed in 4 cases,Various reconstruction methods have been compared and selected.We believe that the iliac flap with vascular pedicle can satisfy the need of safe and getting a better functional result.
