摘要
目的探讨高职医学生的应对方式对心理健康的影响,为高职医学院校学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法以福建省某医学护理职业学院263名二年级大学生为对象,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷(CSQ),分别评定其心理健康水平、应对方式及其相关性。结果263名高职生有心理症状的占6.8%,男女生在人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性等因子差异有统计学意义;护理、医学、药学专业学生在SCL-90各因子分差异有统计学意义。学生更多倾向选择问题解决、求助等成熟型的应对方式,较少采用自责、退避等消极的应对方式。但女生较男生更倾向于选择求助、幻想、自责方式;3个不同专业学生在幻想和总均分方面差异有统计学意义。高职生心理健康各因子与应对方式之间存在显著相关。结论女生更倾向于采取消极的应对方式,其心理症状较男生明显。不同类型的应对方式对高职生心理健康有着重要影响。
Objective To explore the effects of coping styles on mental health among vocational medical nursing students, and to provide bases for their mental health education. Methods A total of 263 vocational medical nursing students were taken as objects. SCL - 90 and CSQ were adopted to estimate their psychological health and coping styles. Results The incidence of psychological symptoms was 6.8 %. Male and female students differ greatly in factors of personal sensitivity, anxiety, phobic anxiety, and psychotism. Student with different specialities performed differently in SCL 90. They were more likely to choose positive measures such as problem solving and seeking help instead of negative ones such as self-actuation or withdrawl. Compared with male students, the female ones preferred to choose measures of seeking help, fantaey and self-accusation. Statistical significant difference of fantacy and the total was found among the students with different specialities. SCL - 90 was correlated to the eoping styles. Conclusion Fen'role students prefer to adopt negative coping measures, and they have more serious psychological symptoms. Different types of coping styles have great influence on students' mental health.
