摘要
20世纪,我国音乐教育取得了很大成绩,但也存在明显的不足。由于世纪初没能赶上代表世界先进音乐文化的时代潮流,重西轻中,不重视本民族传统音乐,对外国音乐的学习又仅限于欧洲专业创作音乐,不能全面兼收并蓄人类各种音乐艺术的成就,影响了音乐教育发展的速度。目前,人类已经进入经济全球化的历史时期,文化多元化是时代的潮流,总结20世纪的经验和教训,跟上时代潮流,弘扬中华民族的音乐传统,应当成为21世纪音乐教育的一项重要任务。
Our music education acquired great achievements in the 20^th century, but there are deficiencies. The development of music education is hindered because of a lag behind the trends of world developed music culture in the beginning of the 20^th century. Traditional Chinese music is neglected, and learning from foreign music limited to European professional music. As we step into a historic era of economic globalization, cultural diversification is trends of the time. It is an important task of music education in the 21^st century to draw a lesson from the 20^th century and develop Chinese music tradition.
