摘要
目的探讨突发性聋的近期治疗效果及可能的病因。方法回顾性分析1995、2001和2002年的住院病例使用不同治疗方法所产生效果的差异,通过统计学方法对不同治疗方法组进行比较。结果 A 组与B组相比较,尽管治疗方法不同,但治疗有效率的差异无显著性意义(P=0.2525);C1与 C2组及 C 与 D 组间的有效率的差异亦无显著性意义(P均>0.05)。结论突发性聋的发病原因目前仍不清楚,各种治疗方法的效果差别不明显,尚没有公认的治疗方法。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2006,6:160～161)
Purpose To explore the Short-term results of the treatment of sudden deafness as well as its probable etiology.Methods The short-term results of the different treatments of patients suffering sudden deafness was analyzed retrospectively during the year of 1995, 2001 and 2002 and apply statistics methods was used to find if there are differences between different therapeutic methods in statistic. Results The difference between therapeutic effects of patients treated in group A and B had no significance in statistics （ P = 0.2525）, although different therapies were used. And difference between therapeutic effects of goups of using and no using Mprostadil Injection and Mecobalamin Injection or hyperbaric oxygen had no significant in statistics, too（ P 〉 0.05 in beth）. Conclusion Due to the uncertain cause of sudden deafness, no treatment is proved to be better than others and there is no standard treatment.
