摘要
提出了杂交水稻制种授粉花粉悬浮速度(uB)的概念及其测定的基本原理和测定方法;同时测定了明恢63、测64一7这2个父本的花粉悬浮速度参考值,分别平均为1.12m/s和1.095m/s;还利用花粉悬浮速度授粉的基本原理对母本珍汕97A进行了投粉试验,其异交结实事比现有人工辅助授粉提高17.3%。
The concept,foundamental principle and measuring methods of the pollen suspended velocityin the pollination of hybrid rice seed production were put forward.The reference values for the pollen sus-pended velocity of two pollen parents of Minghui 63 and Ce 64一7 were measured to be 1.120 and 1.095 m/s,respectively,Futhermore,based on the foundamental principle,the pollination experiment of Zhenshan97A was conducted,and a 17.3%higher outcrossing rate was obtained compared with the traditional sup-plementary pollination method.
