摘要
教学医院科研实验室是开展医学科技创新和培育医学人才的重要基地。当前制约实验室建设与发展存在布局不够科学合理、经费投入不足、技术队伍薄弱和运行效益不高等问题,据此提出了突出建设重点、拓展经费来源、加强队伍建设和实施科学管理的相应策略。
Scientific research 1abs in the teaching hospital have built an important base of technical innovation and medical training. Currently, the existing problems in the development of the 1abs are improper layouts, insufficient funds, a weak technical staff and a low efficiency. Hereby, strategies have been put forward in terms of key-1ab-centered construction, fund avenue expansion, staff training and systematic administration.
