综述了观赏植物体细胞胚发生和植株再生的研究进展,包括体细胞胚的发生途径、影响因素和再生植株的遗传稳定性等,并探讨了观赏植物体细胞胚发生及植株再生的研究现状和应用前景·
We summarized the research progress of somatic embryogenesis and planted regeneration on ornamental plants, ineluding the way of somatic embryogenesis, the affect factors to somatic embryogenesis, and the genetic stability of regenerative plant. We discussed the situation of research and the applied foregroand of somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration on ornamental plants.
