摘要
目的:探讨全髋关节置换术(THR)对老年患者的临床价值。方法:回顾分析我院2002年～2005年38例全髋关节置换术老年患者的手术效果,术后随访1～3年,平均2.4年。对术后髋关节功能进行评分。结果:38例平均随访2.4年,无1例感染,无关节严重疼痛,功能阻碍及DVT发生。无术后关节早期脱位,无假体松动、断裂、下沉等并发症发生。随访表明髋关节置换术的优良率达92.1%,手术效果满意。结论:全髋关节置换术对老年患者可解决患髋的疼痛,改善髋关节功能。是一种治疗老年髋部疾患安全有效的方法,但应严格掌握其手术适应症。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Senile patients total hip rplacement （THR）. Method the 38 THR cases＇operational effect from 2002 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. The follow-up time was 1 to 3 years after operation .the average was 2.4 years .Their score of postoperative coax function was taken. Results Follow-up period ranged from 12 months to 36 months .No complications such as wound infection, severe Joint pain hip dislocation,prestheses breakage and DVT were found .As is shown from the follow-up analysis of 38 THR cases that the fine therapy rate was 92.1% and the operational effect was rather satisfactory. Conclusion THR can solve the sick pain of senile patients and strengthen their coxa function.THR is a satisfactory and safe way for the treatment of hip dears .in the elderly .results can be obtained when the indications are strictly controlled.
