摘要
阐述了企业信息化与电子商务的涵义及企业信息化与电子商务的关系,剖析了我国企业信息化的现状,并提出了企业信息化应对电子商务挑战的对策。
This paper expounds the connotations of enterprise＇s informatization and E-business, probes into the relationship between enterprise＇s informatization and E-business, analyzes on the present situation of Chinese enterprise＇ s informatization, and puts forward some countermeasures for dealing with the challenge of E-business in the course of enterprise＇s informatization.
