摘要
预测控制是一种适用于大滞后热工对象的控制方法,在电厂热工过程控制中有很大的应用潜力。该文介绍了预测控制提出的背景、基本原理和特点,对近年来预测控制算法、与其他控制相结合的算法以及预测控制性能的主要研究成果进行了总结与评述,并对预测控制器在电厂主要热工过程控制系统中的应用研究情况进行了回顾。理论研究结果和实际应用情况表明:预测控制在电厂热工过程控制中能取得较好的控制品质,其应用是有效、可行的。
Predictive control is a suitable control method for large-lag thermal process, and with great potential in thermal engineering control system in power plant. The background, principle, characters of predictive control were introduced and discussed in this paper. Some main research results in predictive control algorithm, and the combining with other control method and their control performances in recent years were also presented. In addition, the research works on application of predictive controller in power plant thermal process control system were reviewed. The existing problems and research directions were indicated. Both theoretical study and practical application prove that predictive control can be applied to thermal processing control and get better control quality, and its application is effective and practicable and with broad prospects.
