摘要
经过对石钢生产中产生表面纵裂的40Cr圆钢进行取样、检验和分析发现,裂纹内残存物含有与连铸保护渣相同的特征元素,结合工艺过程,初步探明石钢生产该圆钢产生表面纵裂的原因是由于轧钢时应用表面带有粘渣或裂纹的铸坯。而杜绝铸坯表面粘渣和裂纹除优化浇铸工艺参数、稳定浇铸过程外,选择粘度小、熔点低、熔速快等合适理化性能指标的保护渣至关重要。
By sampling, examining and analyzing of 40Cr bars with longitudinal surface cracks taken in the second rolling mill of Shijiazhuang Steel, it was found that the slag remains in the cracks have the same elements as the mould powder. Combining with the study of technical process, it can be concluded that the longitudinal surface cracking in the bar is caused by viscous slag and cracks on billet surface. It is important for eliminating viscous slag and cracks on billet surface to select the proper mould powder with proper physical chemical properties including littie viscosity and low melting point and high smelting rate, and optimize casting technological parameters and stabilize casting process.
