摘要
教育资源建设是教育信息化的核心,西部中小学面对教育资源建设中存在的人力资源短缺和资源集中存储与管理方式中存在种种缺陷的现状,本文提出一种资源目录集中而建设与存储分布的教育资源管理系统．
Construction of educational resources is the core of educational informatization. At present, A remarkable problem western high schools and elementary schools faced to is human resource shortage. Furthermore, the educational resources＇ storage and management are centralized which has many disadvantages. This article presents a kind of educational resources management system in which the construction and storage of resources is distributed but catalogs are centralized.
