摘要
本文围绕着2000年以来台湾侨务政策变化的迹象、原因及其特点这一全新的动态性的研究课题,提出了一些问题,同时预测问题可能的发展方向,尝试着提出解决问题的基本思路,希望能够成为有关部门制订政策时一份有用的参考资料。
Some problems was put forward and the probable developing direction of these problems was forecast around the changing track, reasons and characteristic of Taiwan Aftairs Concerning Nationals which is a new movable question for study or discussion. Then the basic thinking to solving these problems was put forward, and the author hoped that it would become a useful reference material for relative sections in formulating policies.
