摘要
为了解吐哈油区婴幼儿体内钙、铁、锌、铜、镁的含量,使用多通道原子吸收光谱仪对门诊体查的526例0~7岁幼儿指血检测了钙、铁、锌、铜、镁。结果表明,各个年龄组中缺铁均居第一位,缺钙居第二位,缺锌居第三位,年龄越小,这3种元素含量越低。提示婴幼儿生长发育快,易缺钙,铁,锌元素,年龄越小,越易缺乏。
To study how much calcium, iron, zinc, copper and nagnesium in the bodies of small children, the content of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mg was determined by multi - atom absorp spectrometer in blood from the fingers of 526 children aged 0~7 years old in Oil Base Hospital. The results show that from different periods of ages, iron is the least elements in their bodies, calcium is the second, and zinc is the third. It is known the yonger age are, the less the confent of these kinds of elements. It concludes children grow up fast, easy to lack of these elements, such as iron, calcium and zinc. The yonger they are, the easier lack of these elements.
