三种牙本质粘接剂修复V类洞的微漏研究 被引量:19

Microleakage of three dentin adhesive systems in Class V restorations

摘要 目的评价三种牙本质粘接剂对V类洞边缘的封闭效果。方法30颗新拔除的正常双尖牙随机分为三组(n=10),在颊侧颈部釉牙骨质界处制备标准的V类洞(溶2mm、宽3mm)。三种粘接系统:Scotchbond Multi-Purpose,Adper Prompt L-Pop,Contax和相应的修复树脂修复V类洞缺损并成形和抛光后,在37℃水中存放一周,然后进行300个冷热循环(5/55℃),最后将牙齿浸泡在2%的甲基兰溶液中(37℃)24小时,将所有牙齿沿颊舌向切成两半,立体显微镜观察边缘微漏的染色情况,记录评分结果。数据进行Kruskal-Wallis Test检验。结果三种粘结剂在V类洞的釉质均没有微漏发生,Adper Prompt L-Pop牙本质边缘的微漏评分结果较ScotchbondMulti-Purpose差,差异有显著性(P<0.05),其它两组间无显著性差异。釉质边缘的整体评分明显优于牙本质边缘。结论三种粘接系统对釉质边缘的封闭效果相对更稳定;釉牙骨质界下方的特殊预备体边缘结构可能造成边缘封闭效果不良。 Objective To evaluate the marginal mieroleakage of three adhesive systerns in Class V resin composite restorations. Methods Standardized mixed Class V cavities (depth: 2mm, diameter: 3mm) were cut in 30 extracted premolars that were randomly assigned to 3 groups (n = 10 for each group). Three adhesive systems: Scotchbond Multi -Purpose, Adper Prompt L- Pop, and Contax and resin composite were applied to each group following the manufactures' instructions. After finishing and polishing, the teeth were stored for 1 week in distilled water at 37℃ before they were subjected to thermocyeling (5/55℃) 300 times. The specimens were stained in a solution of 2% methylene blue. Longitudinal sections were obtained and studied with a stereomicroscope for assessment of the microleakage according to the degree of dye penetration. Data were analyzed by Kruskal - Wallis test. Results There were no significant differences among the three groups on enamel margin. Adper Prompt L- Pop scored were high than those of Scotehbond Multi- Purpose on dentin margin( P 〈 0.05). The score on the enamel margin was significantly higher than on the dentin totally. Conclusion The marginal sealing ability of dentin adhesives to enamel was improved by marginal bevels. The special structure of the dentinal margin of class V could be the main reason for microleakage.
