脑血康对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织超微结构的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Nao Xue Kang Tablet on Brain Tissue Ultrastructure in Acute Intracterebral Hemorrhage Rat

摘要 目的:探讨脑血康对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法:将72只大鼠随机分为9组(均n=8);①正常组;②脑出血6h、24h、3d、7d模型组;③脑血康6h、24h、3d、7d治疗组。用Ⅶ-S型胶原酶诱导大鼠脑出血模型。电镜观察各组脑组织超微结构改变。结果:模型6h组大鼠即出现明显的脑组织超微结构改变,24h时超微结构病变进一步加重,模型3d组较24h模型组脑组织超微结构病变有所改善,模型7d组超微结构病变最轻。脑血康6h组较同期模型组大鼠脑组织超微结构有较明显改善,24h治疗组与同期模型组对比有较好治疗效果,3d治疗组较同期的模型组脑组织超微结构有进一步改善,并优于24h治疗组,7d治疗组与同期模型组相比有明显改善,且优于3d治疗组,但仍未能恢复如正常组的超微结构状态。结论:脑血康可明显改善急性脑出血大鼠脑组织超微结构损害,这可能是脑血康促进神经功能修复的机制之一。 Objective: To study the influence of Nao Xue Kang(NXK) tablet on brain' tissue ultrastructure in acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) rat. Methods: 72 rats were divided into 9groups( n = 8 in each group) ,they are normal group, ICH model group at 6 houra,24 hours,3 days,and 7 days,NXK therapy group(NXKTP) at 6 houra,24 houra,3 days,and 7 days. ICH models were produced with the induction of collagenase type Ⅶ - S. Changes of brain tissue ultraatructure were observed under electron microscope. Results: In model groups,significant change of brain tissue ultrastructure appeared at 6 hours after operation and the lesion reached the peak at 24 hours. At 3 days, amelioration of the lesion appeared, and at 7 days the lesion became the lightest among these time points. At 6 hours, NXKTP showed significant improvement in brain tissue ultraatructure compared with the ICH model group. At 24 hours, NXKTP showed nice effect compared with the ICH model group, and the effect was better than 6 hours. At 72 hours,brain tissue ultrastructure in NXKTP was much more improved than the ICH model group,and the effect was better than 24 hours. At 3 days, brain tissue ultrastructure in the NXKTP was much more improved than the ICH model group, and the effect was better than 24 hours. At 7 days, the NXKTP showed much more improved brain tissue ultraatructure than the ICH model group. Conclusion: NXK may significantly improve brain tissue ultraatructure in ICH rat. This may be one of the mechanisms that NXK could facilitate the recovery of nervous function.
