摘要
基于小波包变换理论及小波包降噪基本原理,对液压泵配流盘偏磨故障及滑靴磨损故障的信号进行了处理,实测信号经小波包降噪后,能有效提取其中的信号特征,实验结果表明,小波包分析能够根据被分析的信号特征,自适应地选择相关的频带,提高信号的时—频分辨率,突出故障信息,实现微弱故障的高效诊断。
This paper presents the hydraulic pump fault signal process on the basis of theory of wavelet-packet transform and wavelet-packet noise reduction. By analyzing the signal denoised with wavelet-packet transform, the characteristic of the signal is obtained effectively. The results show that the relevant frequency band adaptively can be chosen by the wavelet-packet according to the characteristic of the analyzed signal, and thus the signal resolution both in time and frequency domain are improved, and the fault information is extracted to diagnose the feebleness fault.
