摘要
研究了CPC-OP微乳液存在下镉(Ⅱ)与4, 5-二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)的显色反应. 结果表明, CPC-OP微乳液的存在对镉(Ⅱ)与DBPF的显色反应有显著的增敏作用, 在pH 5.60的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中, 镉(Ⅱ)与DBPF形成1:3络合物, 表观摩尔吸收系数ε546=1.27×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, 线性范围: 0~0.64 μg/mL. 应用本法可分析电镀废水和头发样品中的镉(Ⅱ).
In the presence of microemulsion CPC-OP, the color reaction of Cd ( Ⅱ ) with 4,5-Dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) was studied. The experimental results show that color intensity was enhanced observably with existence of CPC-OP microemulsion, in pH 5.60 HAc-NaAc buffer solution Cd ( Ⅱ ) and DBPF form a steady complex with molar ratio of 1 : 3, the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.27 × 10^5 L·mol^-1 . cm^-1, and the linear range was 0 - 0.64 μg/ mL. The method has been applied to the determination of Cd ( Ⅱ ) in electroplate waste water and hair with satisfactory results.
