摘要
研究了猪血红蛋白在酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠生成亚硝基血红蛋白(HbNO),并讨论合成工艺过程中相关的影响因素。研究结果认为:亚硝基血红蛋白(HbNO)合成的最佳参数为pH6.20,反应时间20min,反应温度80℃,NaNO2添加量为2.1%。
Preparation of HhNO2 with the combination between porcine hemoglobin and NaNO2 under acid condition was studied. Effective factors related in the synthetic process were discussed. The resah showed that the optimum conditions in the synthetic process were pH 6.20, NaNO2 added 2.1% and time for 20 min at 80 ℃.
