摘要
实践探索和理论创新的双向互动,是科学发展观形成的实践基础和理论基础,也是其与时俱进的强大动力。深化对科学发展观的认识,已经成为当前思想理论建设的一个十分重要的问题,其中最为主要的是深化对科学发展观理论基础、重大创新、科学内涵和指导意义的认识。
The mutual interaction of practical exploration and theoretical innovation is the practical and theoretical base which the scientific notions of development form on. And it is also a strong drive for us to advance with the times. To deepen the comprehension of the scientific notions of development has become a very important issue of the current theoretical construction ,of which the followings are most essential： the comprehension of the theoretical base, significant innovations, the implications, and the guiding meanings.
