摘要
空运业的发展在改革开放大潮的推动下,中国民航从80年代中期开始进入加速发展新时期。1995年完成运输总周转量71.4亿吨公里,旅客运输量5112万人,货邮运输量101万吨,分别比1980年增长16.4、12.9、13.4倍,年均增长20.6％、18.6％、17.6％。航空运输总周转量年均增长速度为国民生产总值增长速度的2.1倍,为世界空运平均发展速度的4倍。
China airline industry began to enter rapid growing period from mid-1980s. The article introduces the achievements gained by the industry from following five aspects: capacity, infrastructure, education and training facilities, reform and opening, and economic and social benefits. The development peospect of the airline industry is described. The further growing of the industry will be restricted by following factors: market demand, international air transportation environment, the state industry policy and the airline industry' s growing potential. Finally, the author gives three proposals: firstly, to perfect the system of the airlines' independent operating and deepen the reform and opening-door, promote two basic transforms of the industry; secondly, to reinforce the supports of policy and finance to the industry; thirdly to strengthen general control with putting the stress on controlling aircraft introduction and person increase.
