摘要
中国城乡二元结构在短期内无法改变,也不应当急于勉强改变。这是由中国的经济和政治两方面的国情所决定的。城乡二元结构的长期性决定了城乡居民生活质量二元性的长期性。农村居民生活质量具有自己的比较优势,具体表现在十个方面。提高城乡居民生活质量应当实现优势互补。通过弘扬农村优秀的思想文化意识提高城市居民的生活质量;通过提高农民收入提高农村居民的生活质量。
China＇ s urban and rural structure can not be changed in a short time, nor should it be changed in haste.This is determined by China＇ s economic and political conditions. The protracted nature d the urban and rural structure decides the durable duality of the quality of residents＇ s life in both urban and rural areas. The quallty of life in mral areas has its own comparative advantanges as reflected in ten aspects.To improve the quality d life in urban and rural areas,we should supplement each other＇s advantages.We could improve the quality of life in urban areas through propagating outstanding awareness of rural mentality and culture;and improve the quality d life in rural area by raising their income.
