摘要
分析重庆市农村劳动力转移的原因,总结出重庆市农村劳动力转移具有转移率高、转移规模大,转移的对象以青壮年为主,且文化程度较高,转移领域广泛和转移行业相对集中等特点。重庆市农村劳动力的转移对农村土地利用产生了有利和不利两方面影响。最后针对不利影响提出了建议。
Transfer of rural labor force in Chiongqing municipality is found to be characterized by high rate and large scale, and the transferred labor force is composed mainly of young people with relatively good education and they enter diversified fields and are distributed in comparatively concentrated industries. This transfer has both positive and negative influences on rural land use. This paper puts forward some suggestions to overcome its adverse influences.
