摘要
在马铃薯初花期时,对其叶面进行喷施10、20、408、0 mg/L烯效唑处理,以清水为对照,研究了烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施烯效唑可以促进马铃薯块茎中淀粉含量、Vc含量和可溶性糖含量的增加,而降低可溶性蛋白质含量,其中淀粉含量和Vc含量与对照分别达到了显著差异水平。说明,叶面喷施烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的改善有促进作用。
The leaves of potato plant were treated by the different concentrations uniconazole with 10, 20, 40, 80 mg/L during the first bloom. The results showed that there was an increase in the content of starch, Vc and soluble sugar in the tuber, but there was a decrease in the content of soluble protein. In addition, the content of starch and Ve of potato tuber treated by the uniconazole have a significant difference compared with the CK, which indicated that uniconazole could improve the quality of potato tuber.
