摘要
在整个社会强调“法治”的今天,提升人类的职业道德精神越来越为组织文化建设所重视。事实上,绝大多数人是处于自律和他律的张力之中。图书馆的行业自律始终体现在图书馆人“敬业”、“尽责”的道德实践上。图书馆团队的自律实质上是对馆员的他律,图书馆学会的自律也构成对成员图书馆的他律,而职业责任的实现最终取决于馆员个体的自律。因而,大学图书馆行业自律实质上是从普通馆员到各院校图书馆团队乃至整个高校图书馆行业心态的改革。参考文献7。
In the days which the whole society emphasizes nomocracy, promoting the spirit of human professional ethics is becoming more and more recognized by organization culture construction. In fact, the overwhelming majority persons are in the strain of autonomy and heteronomy. The librarians' moral practice such as to spare no effort on the job and to do one's duty throughout has embodied the library professional autonomy. Virtually, the library's team autonomy is the heteronomy to the librarians, the library academic society's autonomy also constitutes the heteronomy of member libraries, but the realization of professional responsibility is finally decided by the individual's autonomy. Thus, the university library professional autonomy is virtually the mind reform of ordinary librarians and universities library teams and even the entire universities library profession. 7 refs.
