摘要
液压启闭机在水电行业获得广泛应用,其系统的安全可靠性亦在不断提高和完善。考虑到液压启闭机的特殊使用环境及对安全、可靠性的极高要求,在系统设计和选择时,一定要精细和先进,特别是对于密封件、先导阀组、过滤系统以及安全保护措施应给予高度重视。文中对液压启闭机设计和选型中一些问题的认识进行探讨,以供参考。
The hydraulic hoiste is widely used in the field of hydroelectric engineering; of which the system reliability is continuously improved and perfected. In consideration of the specialized operation condition and the requirement of safety and reliability of the hydraulic hoister, great attention must be paid on its sealing parts, pilot valve set, filtering system and the related safety measure during the system design and type selection of it Some understandings of the key points in the design and selection of the hydraulic hoister are discussed herein, so as to provide a reference for the other similar projects.
