摘要
本文就当前体制下,医院医疗设备维修社会化的内涵、形式及存在的问题进行了深入的探讨。认为医疗设备维修服务市场将逐步扩大,但医院自身维修人员的作用仍然是十分重要的。撤消医院的维修人员将面临许多问题,不利于医院的发展和建设。各类医院情况不同,不应采取一个模式。
This article gives a profound consideration to the problem of medical equipment maintenance socialization, its connotation , form and existing questions, in the present system. The author holds that the medical equipment maintenance service market will gradually extend, but the role of maintenance personnel affiliated to the hospital is still very important. Dismissing maintenance personnel in the hospital will face a lot of questions , and it is disadvantageous to the hospital in its development and construction. All kinds of hospitals are different from each other in their circumstance, so it shouldn＇t take only one model in resolving the problem.
