摘要
医用耗材的有效管理对保证医疗质量具有重要意义,也是临床工程部门器械科(处)的主要任务之一。本文通过分析医用耗材特征,提出了医用耗材管理的基本目标和原则,并结合实践给出了构建管理基础及例外管理的具体措施,为器械科(处)领导实施耗材的有效管理提供参考。
It is very important for medical quality assurance to manage medical disposable materials efficiently, which is one of the main tasks of clinical engineering dept. or medical instruments dept. In this paper, we analyzed the character of medical disposable materials, and gave the basic objects and principles, then introduced practical measures such as establishing management basis and executing exception management. These could be as the conference for directors of medical instruments faculty or department to manage medical disposable materials efficiently.
