摘要
目的:探讨腰骶椎关节突关节角的内在变化规律,为临床应用提供形态学依据。方法:在100例成年脊柱骨骼标本上,测量了L1-S1的2200个上、下关节突关节角,并对其左右和上下对称性进行了分析比较。结果:发现同一个椎骨关节角左右两侧及性别间均无显著性差异(P>0.05),相邻椎骨上下相对应的关节角,除L5-S1节段的右侧外,其余上关节角均较上位椎骨下关节角大。结论:同一关节两关节面间存在夹角且向椎管方向开放,是腰椎可做三维运动的解剖学基础,对临床探讨腰椎变性和滑脱有重要意义。
Objective: To measure the angles of zygapophysial joints and to investigate their internal regularity on lumbosacral vertebrae in order to provide the morphological data for clinical application. Methods: 2200 angles of zygapophysial joints were measured on 100 cases of adult intact lumbosacral skeletons ranging from L1 to S1. Analysis and comparison were made on the symmetry articular angles in terms of the left and right sides, superior and inferior. Results: The findings suggested that there was not significant difference in both sides of the same vertebrae, or between males and females ( P 〉0.05), except for the right sides of L1-S1, superior articular angles are larger than inferior articular angles of superior vertebral between contiguous vertebrae. Conclusion: There is an angle between two facets of the same vertebrae, which is open to vertebral canal. It is the anatomical basis of tri- dimension movement, which has great significance for lumbar spondylolisthesis and lesion.
